Fourth session in Porto of the Kant Reading Group: Tiago Sousa (Universidade do Minho) presents and calls for discussion the paper "Designs À La Grecque", Peter Kivy (in Antithetical Arts - On the Ancient Quarrel between Literature and Music, New York, Oxford University Press, 2009 [pp. 29-52]).

The Kant Reading Group focuses on reading, presenting, and discussing texts that foster reflection on the contemporary nature of Kant’s thought, namely in the sphere of political and moral philosophy and always in connection with other domains, such as aesthetics.

Sessions take place monthly and are held at IFILNOVA, Lisbon, and at IF, Porto.
