She is PhD in Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto. She holds a degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra, a Master's Degree in Educational Sciences and a Post-Graduate in Management of Education and Educational Administration from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra. She is a member of the Philosophy Institute of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto since 2010. She is a researcher at the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) in the Philosophy and Public Space group of the Philosophy Institute of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto since 2007. He is currently doing his PhD in Philosophy under the theme "Interference (s) of Digital Technologies in the ways of human existence" at the Institute of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts and Humanities University of Porto.
In the areas and domains: Philosophy of Education, Education Psychology, Pedagogical Relation, School Area, Specific Didactics (Philosophy) and Conception and Organization of Educational Projects, by the Pedagogical Scientific Council of Continuing Teacher Education / University of Minho. She is a professor of Philosophy of Secondary Education and currently holds the position of Director of the Coimbra Interior Schools Association Training Center.
